This website is operated by Silver & Sage. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Silver & Sage. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

02. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

03. Accuracy of Product Information

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our jewelry and watches. However, as our pieces often feature natural stones and hand-finished metals:

Natural Variation: You acknowledge that slight variations in stone color or grain may occur.
Display: We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
Availability: All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

04. Pricing and Payment

VAT: All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate, where applicable.
Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed.
Payment: We accept major credit/debit cards and secure third-party payment providers. Ownership of the goods passes to you only when we have received full payment.

05. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, we are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for specific timeframes.

06. Right to Cancel (Returns)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. Bespoke or engraved items are also non-returnable.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original Silver & Sage packaging, unworn, and in a resalable condition.

07. Warranty and Faulty Goods

Our jewelry and watches come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects (typically 12 months for jewelry and 2 years for watches). This does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

08. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Silver & Sage and protected by UK and international copyright laws. The name "Silver & Sage" and our signature Dewy Sage branding elements are proprietary.

09. Limitation of Liability

Silver & Sage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the price of the product purchased.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
